The original soundtrack for the opening scene had to be changed as it was not setting the mood that we wanted it to as it was creating a mood that would be in a horror film. We wanted it to create a sense of loneliness whilst being a mood of aspiration. This is the new soundtrack that is used in the opening scene. We decided that there should be a variance in the music that should be played, this soundtrack supports the idea of a football scene due to the high tempo and the sporty atmosphere that it builds.
This soundtrack allows the viewer to begin to incorporate themselves into the sporty yet serious environment we are trying to create in the opening two mins.
